Hey everyone! My washing machine shakes so hard during the spin cycle that it almost moves across the floor. It’s level and not overloaded, so I’m out of ideas. Is this dangerous or just annoying? |

Hey! That kind of vibration usually means worn suspension rods or shock absorbers inside the washer. Even balanced loads can cause violent shaking if those stabilizers are loose or broken. Check if the floor beneath is uneven too, as that amplifies movement. Leaving it unchecked can damage internal parts and hoses. A licensed service team can inspect and replace worn components quickly. Astera Services https://www.asteraservice.com/ provides heating, cooling and appliance installing and repair, including washing machine diagnostics. They can stabilize the drum, balance the system, and make sure it runs smoothly again without the wild vibrations. |
